October 16, 2026, Moscow: Space 1, a partner of Sber, will manage 4,400 sq. m of serviced office space at SberIndia’s new headquarters currently under construction in New Delhi. Space 1 is a Russian company with international experience and is one of the market leaders in flexible office solutions.
Earlier, Sber acquired two towers under construction at Bharat Business Park, with a total area of 48,000 sq. m. The complex will house the bank’s headquarters in India, as well as the Russian-Indian Cooperation Center, which will accommodate companies from both countries. As part of the partnership, Space 1 will prepare office space for tenants and offer fully furnished, move-in-ready offices equipped with the necessary engineering systems and IT infrastructure.
Ivan Nosov, CEO of SberIndia:
“Sber has been operating in India for more than 15 years, helping to strengthen business ties between Russia and India. Our cross-border payment system is already up and running reliably. We are now entering a new phase by developing infrastructure that will make it easier for businesses to operate. We are establishing the Russian-Indian Cooperation Center in a premium Class A office complex in New Delhi’s business district. I am confident that our partnership with Space 1 will enable us to offer the Center’s tenants some of the best premium office facilities available in Delhi.”
Mikhail Brodnikov, CEO of Space 1:
“Entering the Indian market marks an important milestone in Space 1’s international expansion. We are extending our geographic reach and becoming part of a major project designed to strengthen business ties between Russia and India. By combining Sber’s local presence and experience in India with our expertise in developing and managing serviced offices, we will be able to offer businesses high-quality, move-in-ready workspaces.”
