This Children's Day, let your little ones step into the sweet world of chocolate-making with an exciting and interactive Chocolate Masterclass at Hilton Mumbai International Airport on 15th November 2026. Hosted by Sameer Khot, Pastry Chef at Hilton Mumbai International Airport, the 90-minute experience invites children between the ages of 7 and 14 to discover the magic behind their favourite chocolate creations.
With his expertise in pastry and a passion for creating delightful desserts, Sameer Khot will guide the young participants through the art of chocolate-making, introducing them to techniques such as melting and tempering. The session will feature live demonstrations of chocolate truffles, chocolate rocks, pralines and chocolate slabs, followed by a hands-on experience where children can create their own chocolate treats at individual workstations.
From donning their very own chef hats and aprons to getting creative with chocolate, the experience promises plenty of fun and learning. The afternoon will also include welcome drinks for children and parents, followed by a Sunday brunch at Brasserie for every participating child. Each little chef will take home a special gift, along with access to the hotel's kids' play area, making it a delightful Sunday outing for the entire family.
