Our EBITDA margin rose above 30%, PAT grew by more than 50% and international business now makes up about 70% of our revenue. Our shift to a higher-value, technology-led model is working: Tech & Digital Revenue grew by 12.9% at margins of about 44%, and international BPM grew 12.6% while we continue to rationalise low-margin domestic BPM.
We continue to invest in AI across our delivery and in our HR and payroll products, and we have strengthened our sales leadership in the US and Southeast Asia. With deeper relationships with existing clients and a growing base of new ones, we remain focused on delivering sustainable, profitable growth and long-term value for all our stakeholders”
