From 21st to 30th June, Tuskers is hostingThe Maharaj Legacy, a limited-time collaboration bringing together Maharaj Pratapgiri Swami and Maharaj Mahendra Singh Chundawat from Fairmont Udaipur Palace to showcase Rajasthan’s rich vegetarian heritage.
Travelling from Rajasthan to Mumbai, the two Maharajs will present regional recipes inspired by Pali, Banswara, Mewar and Marwar, offering guests an authentic taste of the state’s culinary traditions through dishes such as Ker Sangri, Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Saag and Khoba Roti.
