April 25: Warner Bros. Discovery has announced the launch of Discovery Movieverse, a specially curated film campaign bringing powerful, real-life inspired stories to audiences across India. Premiering on April 25, the initiative will air every Saturday and Sunday at 1 PM on Discovery Channel, with two premieres each weekend.
Designed as a consistent and immersive viewing experience, Discovery Movieverse will showcase 17 critically acclaimed films, all rooted in true events. To ensure accessibility across the country, the films will be dubbed in seven languages, making the offering a truly pan-India cinematic experience.
The campaign brings together stories that go beyond entertainment—stories defined by real stakes, real people, and extraordinary circumstances. From moments of historic significance to deeply personal journeys of resilience, ambition, and survival, the lineup highlights narratives that resonate for their authenticity and emotional depth.
