Delhi, Mar 20: Pratham Group a JV of Unity Group, HL Group and RP Group, has announced the successful launch of City Centre-II in Sector 12, Dwarka, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of neighborhood retail destinations in West Delhi. The project was inaugurated with a special screening of Dhurandar: The Revenge, setting the tone for a community-focused retail and entertainment hub.
Envisioned as a neighborhood-centric development, City Centre-II has been designed to offer a balanced mix of retail, food & beverage, and entertainment experiences catering to the daily and lifestyle needs of Dwarka’s growing residential catchment.
A key highlight of the launch is the introduction of Dwarka’s first Cinépolis multiplex, featuring five state-of-the-art auditoriums with a seating capacity of over 750. The addition marks a significant step in strengthening organised entertainment infrastructure in the micro-market, positioning City Centre-II as a primary leisure destination for the community.
Speaking on the occasion, Harsh Vardhan Bansal, Co-Founder of Unity Group and Vegas Mall, said,

The project also brings together a strong mix of F&B brands, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Café Delhi Heights, The Sanook Kitchen, Brick & Brew, Berco’s, Scoop Wonder, and Tealive. McDonald’s and Third wave coffee has commenced operations, with the remaining outlets expected to open in a phased manner over the coming months, further activating the destination.
