From the Chairman to the MD, the owner of the company or the board of directors down to the lowest person from whose hands the last product comes said Mr. Shyam Khante, President of Shyam Khante & Associates.

He was speaking at the exclusive Bio-Pharma Roundtable organised by Lindström India, in association with TiE Chandigarh and BioSpectrum that aimed to explore transformative innovations within the Indian bio-pharma sector including advancements in Bio-Pharma Manufacturing, Sustainability, and Compliance with Global Standards.

“If Medicine is produced with the same intent that what we consume will benefit ourselves, we will see the change” continued Dr. Sanjit Singh Lamba from Trillyum Consulting.

“Until this we understand people, until we engage people, and until unless we motivate people to do work in the right way, things will never happen. You can put all the best shops in place. You can put everything in place, you can do hundreds of trainings, but things will still happen. If they are not motivated, if they are not engaged and they know that it will not affect them it will not happen”  Mr. Avtar Singh, RQual Solutions.

The discussion was well be moderated by Dr. Manbeena Chawla, Executive Editor at BioSpectrum India, who persuaded to speakers to delve on immediate industry relevant trends & issues including whether there is a bias against Indian Pharma by US FDA’s or inspections of advanced Regulatory Agencies, or role of AI in Pharma operations, recent techniques to handle Environmental contaminants, outsourcing of  sterile components or if the Industry have the right and enough resources  to deal with the current scenario issues as well as a core issue like effective utilisation of resources for reaching a state of ” Zero Defects”
