October 14, 2024: Lissun, a leading full-stack mental and emotional healthcare platform, is proud to announce that it has touched over 100,000 lives through its continued efforts to promote mental well-being. This achievement coincides with the launch of its annual LissunToYourMind campaign, which returns this year to mark World Mental Health Day with a series of impactful initiatives and discussions.
As mental health challenges continue to rise, especially in workplaces and among children, Lissun’s campaign aligns with this year’s theme of “Mental Health at Work”. The featured a diverse range of activities, including expert-led discussions, employee-first initiatives, and real-life stories from those who have navigated mental health struggles.
Krishna Veer Singh, Co-Founder & CEO of Lissun, shared his thoughts on the significance of this milestone: “Touching 100,000+ lives is not just a number for us—it’s a reflection of the growing need for accessible mental health care. We launched Lissun with a vision to make mental health a priority and make it easier for everyone to access mental health support without any stigma or tribulations. Through our campaign and continuous efforts, we aim to create an environment where mental well-being is a priority, whether it’s in the workplace, the entrepreneurial journey, or in our communities.”
Celebrating World Mental Health Day through its campaign LissunToYourMind, Lissun planned a series of interactive sessions, talks, and seminars. In an exclusive talk, Krishna Veer Singh explored the mental health challenges faced by start-up founders at various stages of growing a venture, right from nascent seeding stages to going after fundraise etc.
Dr. Roma Kumar, Consultant and Advisor at Lissun, led a discussion on the importance of addressing neurodevelopmental disorders in children, emphasizing the need for more psychologists in this area.
The campaign also features discussions on Workplace Mental Health that witnessed the participation of industry leaders to highlight the importance of fostering mental well-being in professional environments, especially in the fast-paced start-up ecosystem.
To the same end, Lissun has implemented a series of initiatives to prioritize the mental health of its employees. This includes access to free mental health support, flexible working hours, and the senior members of the team being trained to identify and address early signs of burnout. As a part of this, Lissun employees have also created a gratitude video, sharing their personal experiences of working in a mental health-conscious organization.
Lissun’s mission remains focused on making mental health support accessible, affordable, and de-stigmatized. With a presence in over 40 cities across India, the platform continues to revolutionize the approach to mental health care by integrating tech-driven solutions with expert psychological support.
