The highly anticipated electric multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) is a beacon of innovation designed to cater to the progressive and eco-conscious family, revolutionising family mobility. The BYD eMAX 7 is set to succeed the highly successful BYD e6, packing advanced features and performance. One of the vehicle’s notable changes over the outgoing model is the integration of the 8-in-1 electric powertrain from BYD’s highly acclaimed e-platform 3.0 and varied seating options. The BYD eMAX 7 is now available at BYD’s exclusive showrooms at a starting price of INR 26,90,000 ex-showroom (Pan India).

The BYD eMAX 7 has an elegant yet commanding stance from outside with sleek aerodynamic lines. While the free-flowing body style exudes elegance on the road, the dragon-face facia of the BYD eMAX 7 presents an imposing stance from the front. The Crystal Diamond Floating LED headlights embody futuristic speed and energy aesthetics with their sleek and sharp design. The speedy dynamic wheel hub with 17-Inch alloy wheels further enhances the vehicle’s authoritative presence.
The cabin of the BYD eMAX 7 is a modern marvel packed with advanced features. The neatly-designed dashboard and Black and Brown two-tone interior colours lend an ambience of luxury and space to the interiors. The BYD eMAX 7 offers enhanced comfort with its aesthetics that fully conforms to be ergonomically sound for the human body. The wider and longer cushion ensures a more comfortable driving experience. The vehicle offers an immersive and futuristic cabin experience with abundant room, front ventilated seats, a 12.8-Inch (32.5 cm) rotatable infotainment display, a 5-Inch (12.7 cm) advanced instrument cluster, a wireless phone charger and an elegant gear lever. The expansive 1.42 sqm panoramic glass roof creates a sense of roominess in the cabin, further enhancing passenger comfort. The third row of the vehicle can be folded to create 580 L of boot space, ensuring ample space for cargo needs. The middle seats can also be split into 60:40 to maximise the boot space.
The BYD eMAX 7 is available with 4 exterior colour options – Quartz Blue, Cosmos Black, Crystal White, and Harbour Grey.

The company’s Blade Battery is one of the most advanced technologies developed globally for electric vehicles. The distinctive feature of the BYD Blade Battery is the arrangement of battery cells in a blade-like formation, which increases the contact area between cells and electrical pathways, resulting in efficient heat transfer.
